Refund & Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview
Wecon Group INC provides customized professional services that often require project preparation, research allocation, staff time, client review cycles, and internal planning resources.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel a service agreement with 30 days’ written notice unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Refunds
Fees for work already started, completed project phases, approved deliverables, research tools, strategy materials, consultation time, or completed service work are generally non-refundable.
Discretionary Credits
When appropriate, Wecon Group INC may issue a service credit for an unused portion of an engagement. Credits are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.
